Demo buying guide. Actual packaging and test requirements depend on the real product, market and transport route.
Identify the vulnerable areas
Describe thin edges, projecting details, glossy surfaces and other areas that may need protection. Photos or drawings can help the actual supplier propose an approach, but they do not prove durability.
Discuss individual and outer packing
Ask how each piece is separated, how surface contact is controlled, and how an outer package is sized. Explain whether the destination is a warehouse, retailer or project site. Confirm labelling and handling instructions for the real shipment.
Keep records with the approved sample
Retain the approved product specification, packaging proposal and relevant review results together. Changes in size, weight, finish or destination may require a new packaging discussion.
Do not infer performance from a concept image
The process and product pictures on this Demo illustrate possible discussion topics. They are not factory photographs, tested packaging evidence or certification.
Discuss your collection
Use the inquiry form to describe the products, target quantities, destination and packaging requirements you would like to discuss.
